1. What this site is

ArBloodhound (arbloodhound.xyz) is a public research publication by Rafael Cabrera, based in Victoria, BC, Canada. It describes active research. It offers no accounts, subscriptions, downloads or commercial services.

2. No reliance

The research described here is published to communicate ideas honestly, including their limits. Research prototype. Results will be published when properly tested. Nothing on this site is investment, engineering or professional advice, or a promise of future performance.

3. Intellectual property

QTSCE: Patent pending (Canada). Reading about it grants no licence to practise, copy or reimplement it. All other content is © ArBloodhound unless noted. Quoting with attribution is welcome.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't scrape the site aggressively, try to disrupt it, or present its contents as your own work. Reasonable personal, academic and journalistic use is welcome.

5. No warranties

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. I try to keep it accurate and fix errors when I find them, but I can't guarantee the site is error-free or always available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArBloodhound and Rafael Cabrera are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
